Every product lists the licence tier it is sold under. This page explains what each tier permits.

Personal

Use the files in your own non-commercial projects. No client work, no resale, no redistribution.

Commercial

Use the files in commercial projects, for yourself or for a client, including advertising and social media. You may not resell or redistribute the files themselves, or make them available as stock.

Extended

Everything in Commercial, plus the right to include the asset inside a product you sell — a game, an app, a template — where the asset is a component rather than the thing being purchased.

Bespoke (commissioned work)

Rights for commissioned work are agreed in writing before we start. Unless we agree otherwise, on final payment you receive full commercial rights to the delivered files, and we retain the right to show the work in our portfolio. If a project is confidential, tell us and we will exclude it.

Trained models and adapters

A LoRA or voice model trained on your material is yours. We do not reuse your training data, and we do not sell or republish a model trained for you.

What no licence permits

• Depicting a real, identifiable person without their documented permission.
• Cloning a voice you do not own or have written permission to use.
• Presenting synthetic media as a genuine recording of real events.
• Anything unlawful in the place you are using it.

Attribution

Not required on any tier. Always welcome.
