Terms

These terms cover use of studiodifusion.com and anything bought or commissioned through it. Buying from us means accepting them.

What we sell

Two things: finished digital files sold from the catalog and delivered immediately, and commissioned work made to your brief. Commissions are sold either as fixed-price packages or against a written quote.

Delivery

Catalog purchases are delivered by emailed download link, valid for 14 days and 5 downloads. Lost links can be reissued from the resend page. Commissioned work is delivered on the timeline stated in the package or quote; timelines start when we have everything we need from you.

Your material

When you send us reference images, audio or other material, you confirm you have the right to give it to us for this purpose. You keep ownership of it. We use it only to do your job, and we delete it on request once the work is delivered.

Synthetic media and consent

We do not clone a voice or recreate a likeness without documented consent from the person concerned. For voice work you must confirm you own the voice or hold written permission, and provide that documentation on request. We refuse or stop work where consent cannot be shown, and we may report unlawful requests.

Revisions and scope

Each package states its revision allowance. Revisions refine the agreed brief; a change of direction is new work and is quoted separately.

Liability

We provide the files as described and stand behind their quality. We are not liable for how you use them, or for indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to what you paid for the item in question.

Changes

We may update these terms. Changes apply to orders placed after they are posted; your order is governed by the version live when you bought.
