Refunds

Digital goods are hard to return, so here is exactly where we stand.

Catalog downloads

Because the files are delivered instantly and cannot be given back, catalog purchases are generally final once downloaded. We will still refund you if:

• the files are corrupt, incomplete, or materially different from what the product page described;
• you were charged twice, or charged in error;
• you bought by mistake and have not yet used the download link.

Ask within 14 days and we will sort it out.

Commissioned work

Before we start, a full refund. Once work is under way, we refund the portion not yet done. Once final files are delivered and accepted, the fee is non-refundable — but if the delivery does not match the agreed brief, we fix it at our cost.

Cancelling a commission

Tell us as early as you can. We invoice for work completed to that point and refund the balance.

How to ask

Email us from the address you ordered with, quoting the order. Contact us here. Refunds return to the original payment method, usually within five working days.

Consumer rights

Nothing here removes rights you have by law in your own country. Where local consumer law gives you more than this page does, that law wins.
