Privacy

We collect as little as the job requires, and we do not sell anything about you.

What we hold

• Your email address, so we can deliver what you bought and reply to you.
• Order records — what you bought, when, and for how much.
• Briefs and messages you send us, including any material you attach.
• Download activity — when a link was used and how many times, to enforce limits.

What we never hold

Card details. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe; we only ever see the result and the last four digits on our own statement.

Who else is involved

• Stripe — payments and tax calculation.
• Cloudflare — hosting, storage and bot protection.
• Resend — sending order and reply emails.

Each processes data on our behalf to run the service. No one else receives your data.

Tracking

No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics, no cross-site cookies. The only cookies are the ones our bot protection needs to tell a person from a script.

How long we keep it

Order records for as long as tax law requires. Briefs and messages for two years, or until you ask us to delete them. Material you send for a commission is deleted on request once the work is delivered.

Your rights

Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — just get in touch. We respond within 30 days.
