Atlas — launch campaign
Thirty-two hero stills and four 15-second cutdowns for a product launch, with one synthetic presenter held consistent across every asset.
The brief was a launch campaign with one presenter appearing across thirty-two stills and four cutdowns — the kind of job that normally means a shoot day, a studio, and a talent contract.
The hard part was never generation. It was identity: a face that drifts by two percent between shots reads as a different person to a viewer, even when no single frame looks wrong. We trained an identity adapter on a locked reference set, then held it fixed across every render so the presenter stayed the same person from frame one to the last.
Everything was graded by hand afterwards. The pipeline gets you a plausible image; a human gets you a usable one.
Delivered in nine days against a three-week estimate for a conventional shoot.
