District Nine — environment set
A modular environment kit of 180 pieces, retopologised by hand and delivered game-ready against a strict triangle budget.
A modular environment kit of 180 pieces, built to snap on a one-metre grid so an artist can assemble a street in an afternoon without hunting for gaps.
Generated geometry is almost never game-ready — it arrives dense, badly wound, and impossible to texture predictably. Every piece here was retopologised by hand against a strict triangle budget, UV unwrapped, then PBR textured and test-imported into the target engine before it counted as done.
The kit shipped with a contact sheet and a naming convention, which sounds trivial and is the difference between a kit that gets used and one that sits in a folder.
180 pieces, all inside budget, imported clean on the first pass.
